  • Proposal of the most relevant speakers for you and our advice and expertise to assure the success of your event.
  • Organization of meetings with the speakers you selected, in order to facilitate your final choice.
  • Drafting of the win-win agreement.

DURING THE EVENT

  • Exchange of best practices for virtual conferences, as well as to maximize the atmosphere (e.g., lighting, room layout, temperature, etc.) during on-location events.
  • Promotional material.
  • Logistic support with the chosen speaker(s).
  • Logistic support with the chosen speaker(s).
  • Coordination for logistics needs (transport, hotels, web platform, etc.).
  • Cooperation with on-site workers (e.g. audiovisual technicians).

AFTER THE EVENT

** The following services are free:
  • Satisfaction survey
  • Practical suggestions for implementing what you attendees have learned after the event… and thus making your investment even more profitable!
