With a bachelor’s degree in administration from Laval University in Quebec,  Daniel Blouin  has had a career in the world of music. He took part in a world music tour with the American group  Up With People. He became a record producer for several major Canadian singing stars. Daniel  won three awards from the Canadian Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers as a publisher for three most popular songs of the year in 2005 and 2006 as well as the award for record producer of the year at the ADISQ in 1999 (Canadian equivalent of Grammy Awards).

He was subsequently co-founder of a promotion agency specializing in the marketing of major Canadian and international stars, including Celine Dion, Elton John, Charles Aznavour, Roch Voisine, Garou, Stéphane Rousseau, Rachid Badouri, Isabelle Boulay as well as several others. He co-founded the  Quebec Pond Hockey Championship  and the  Hockey Boot Camp  bringing together 60 great superstars from the National Hockey League in America.

Daniel  was also a columnist for the largest newspaper in Quebec City as well as a host of the  Sorties de Zone  interviews on television.

With the publication of his bestseller,  Sorties de Zone  and  Entrées de Zone , he began a new career as an author, coach and international speaker.
